Dan Vitale / Glenn Gronkowski

What is the take on these two players? I've seen them both listed as FB on NFLDraftScout / CBSSPORTS.com. Would they be capable H-backs? Or are they closer to true fullbacks?

Dan Vitale is a pretty unique talent who tested extremely well although I don't know if I'd feel comfortable labeling him a true fullback (he's definitely more of an Hback. Measures out in height and weight as #81 but looks much thicker.
