2010 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1

1. St. Louis Rams – QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma
Bradford over Suh is one to talk about for years to come.

2. Detroit Lions – DL Ndamukon Suh, Nebraska
Okung is a nice option. But Ndamukon Suh is a no-brainer.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma
McCoy best fits the Bucs philosophy of chasing upfield.

4. Washington Redskins – DB Eric Berry, Tennessee
He may prove to be the best player in this draft very quickly.

5. Kansas City Chiefs – WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State
Bryant has the skills to take over the #1 WR spot from day 1.

6. Seattle Seahawks – LT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State
The Seahawks ignored their need at LT in ’09 and paid dearly.

7. Cleveland Browns – CB Joe Haden, Florida
The Browns are chasing their own tail around the Dawgpound.

8. Oakland Raiders – DE Jason Pierre-Paul, South Florida
You know Al Davis is on Youtube right now watching back flips!

9. Buffalo Bills – LT Anthony Davis, Rutgers
The Bills will reshuffle their line once Davis slides to them.

10. Jacksonville Jaguars – DE Derrick Morgan, Georgia Tech
With Pierre-Paul off the board, Morgan is a good bet here.

11. Denver (from Chicago) – NT Dan Williams, Tennessee
Williams will be to the Broncos what Wilfork is to the Patriots.

12. Miami Dolphins – LB Rolando McClain, Alabama
Parcells has to be licking his chops at the chance to land McClain.

13. San Francisco 49ers (from Carolina) – LT Bryan Bulaga, Iowa
Short arms, lack of girth drop Bulaga, right into the 49ers lap.

14. Seattle Seahawks – QB Jimmy Klausen, Notre Dame
It’s no secret that Klausen was recruited to USC by Pete Carroll.

15. New York Giants – TE Jermaine Gresham, Oklahoma
The Giants lack of a red zone threat was as glaring as any.

16. Tennessee Titans – CB Devin McCourty, Rutgers
McCourty is a do-it-all type who will fill a lot of holes.

17. San Francisco 49ers – RB C.J. Spiller, Clemson
The 49ers brass and fans seem to be smitten with Spiller.

18. Pittsburgh Steelers – QB Tim Tebow, Florida
Tebow’s rise coincides with Big Ben’s inevitable freefall.

19. Atlanta Falcons – DE/LB Brandon Graham, Michigan
Graham has been a terror throughout his career and post season.

20. Houston Texans – DB Earl Thomas, Texas
Whether he plays CB or FS, the Texans will wish they had 2.

21. Cincinnati Bengals – WR Demaryius Thomas, GT
The Bengals have become the king of boom or bust players.

22. New England – OLB Jerry Hughes, TCU
Hughes is a poor man’s Lawrence Taylor, minus the problems.

23. Green Bay Packers – DE/LB Sergio Kindle, Texas
The Pack struck gold with Clay Matthews and will try again.

24. Philadelphia Eagles – FS Taylor Mays, USC
The Eagles aren’t looking for instincts as much as a headhunter.

25. Baltimore Ravens – LB Sean Weatherspoon, Missouri
The Ravens need to prepare now for life without Ray Lewis.

26. Arizona Cardinals – LT Charles Brown, USC
Taking a page from the Steelers, the Cards land “a big ugly.”

27. Dallas Cowboys – RT Trent Williams, Oklahoma
Projections limiting Williams as a RT only will drop him.

28. San Diego Chargers – RB Ryan Mathews, Fresno State
The Chargers will hope to take their offense to another level.

29. New York Jets – NT Terrence Cody, Alabama
Rex Ryan needs somebody around who makes him feel skinny.

30. Minnesota Vikings – DT Jared Odrick, Penn State
Odrick gives their aging line a much needed shot of youth.

31. Indianapolis Colts – LT Rodger Saffold, Indiana
I can’t say that I hated seeing Peyton Manning get flattened.

32. New Orleans Saints – DT Brian Price, UCLA
Price is a high energy guy who pairs nicely with Sedrick Ellis.

Round 2
33. St. Louis Rams – OG/C Maurkice Pouncey, Florida
34. Detroit Lions – OG Mike Iupati, Idaho
35. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – DE Carlos Dunlap, Florida
36. Kansas City Chiefs – OL Ed Wang, VT
37. Washington Redskins – LT Bruce Campbell, Maryland
38. Cleveland Browns – OG John Jerry, Mississippi
39. Oakland Raiders – LT Vlad Ducasse, UMass
40. Seattle Seahawks – DE Everson Griffen, USC
41. Buffalo Bills – QB Colt McCoy, Texas
42. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – CB Kyle Wilson, Boise State
43. Miami Dolphins – RB Jonathan Dwyer, GT
44. New England Patriots – RB Montario Hardesty, Tennessee
45. Denver Broncos – TE Rob Gronkowski, Arizona
46. New York Giants – LB Sean Lee, Penn State
47. New England Patriots – LB Kion Wilson, South Florida
48. Carolina Panthers – WR Golden Tate, Notre Dame
49. San Francisco 49ers – LB Daryl Washington, TCU
50. Kansas City Chiefs – C Eric Olsen, Notre Dame
51. Houston Texans – DT Cam Thomas, North Carolina
52. Pittsburgh Steelers – CB Patrick Robinson, Florida State
53. New England Patriots – TE Aaron Hernandez, Florida
54. Cincinnati Bengals – TE Jimmy Graham, Miami
55. Philadelphia Eagles – RB Jahvid Best, California
56. Green Bay Packers – WR/RB Dexter McCluster, Mississippi
57. Baltimore Ravens – CB Kareem Jackson, Alabama
58. Arizona Cardinals – LB Koa Misi, Utah
59. Dallas Cowboys – S Morgan Burnett, GT
60. San Diego Chargers – DE/DT Tyson Alualu, Cal
61. New York Jets – DE/LB Eric Norwood, South Carolina
62. Minnesota Vikings – CB Jerome Murphy, South Florida
63. Indianapolis Colts – CB Amari Spivey, Iowa
64. New Orleans Saints – MLB Brandon Spikes, Florida
