We should probably temper our excitement knowing the Seahawks have the worst defense in the NFL....not being a drag, just sayin the facts.

6th worst in points allowed. It's not a "fact" to say they're the worst defense. They're also a few points better at home (24 PPG allowed) than on the road (over 27 PPG). It's not a strong defense but . . .

Probably total yards. A lot of people use that to determine the ranking of an offense or defense.
