What a great way for him to get redemption for that penalty last year.

The Patriots wanted him in last year's draft, and I think they consider themselves lucky that they did, in fact, get him (even if it took two tries). I don't want him playing 90% of snaps, but I think he definitely helps this team.

Oh, and here's a fun fact. All things considered, I think this is probably his second favorite Gillette memory. . . .

Jones’s playing time wasn’t planned, and neither was another big event in his life last year. He got married on New Year’s Day [2014] on the Gillette Stadium field with a guest appearance from Bill Belichick.

I am guessing most are familiar with the saying Ball Don't Lie.

Well that was about as big a Ball Don't Lie moment.

Chris Jones is awesome. Hits the QB a lot. Had the 2nd most sacks last year out of any rookies. Not bad for someone who didn't even cost us a draft pick.

I don't think he should be a full time 3 down player. More of a rotational guy who should be in for obvious passing situations (3rd down, 2 minute drill, when we have a big lead, pass happy offenses, etc)
