I’m sure the FAo is happy enough with the results to date to want to keep them together. Question is more whether any of them decides their ambition to climb the corporate ladder right now is greater than their ambition to stay and build another dynasty here.

We'll want a little turnover every now and then, to get fresh thinking into the building. Always a challenge when someone leaves but if managed well, becomes an advantage. More than two in a single year is probably too much.
