Man, that Ochocinco injury hurts.....
Game 3 of "Scrubendary" (shout out to patsfaninpa)
Go Arrington, Moulden, Moore, Ihedigbo!
So, the ones who will be out tomorrow:
Spikes, Fletcher, Chung, McCourty, OchoCinco, Connolly and Mallett. Still need one more.. My guess is that it will be Faulk again.. unless the Pats cut Underwood and promote Ventrone..
Hopefully that means that Light and Vollmer are healthy enough to play..
Why are people not freaking out about this? These injuries to the D seem terrible.
Oh, you mean the lack of ILB depth with Spikes, Fletcher, and Tarpinian all out?
Or the secondary catastrophe with Chung and McCourty being out again?
Maybe you are referring to the offensive line issues, where we have the 3rd string center, and at least one of two starting tackles out (with the other playing miserably anyway, due to his back issues)?
No, no, nevermind....I bet you mean the WR situation, where we basically have a doubled Wes Welker (limited in practice with 3 separate injuries in the past 3 weeks), a non-existent Branch (with his hip injury), and now Ochocinco out; along with Taylor Price and his 3 yearly snaps?
It's just another day on the injury front here. Nothing to get alarmed about.
All they have to do is call Ross Ventrone over at the Monticello Motel in Natick and he will be ready to drive his pickup truck down to Philly.....
Actually, it's not paper thin. It's why they brought back Donald Thomas. He'll be the reserve center. And he's been with the team a good portion of the year. The Pats also have Nick McDonald on the practice squad and he's been there almost all season.
And the Pats got a boost last week from Cannon being ready to go. I don't know about you, but he looked very good at RT at the end of the game. He'll be the #3 G and either the #3 or #4 Tackle depending on Light and Vollmer.
