For what we got out of that trade (A 70 yard Hunt receiving TD & an 80 yard Gordon rushing TD), that may be one of the worst BB trades of all time. Good thing it was low capital. Talk about a terrible edge setter.

The writing was on the wall for him after continuing to be useless on the edge. Too bad.. he generally didnt look that bad..

I thought Marsh looked the part but you can see why Pete Carroll parted ways with him. Marsh is a liability against the Run.

I did too but a 5th and a 7th rounder aren't exactly high draft picks and if selected individually would have been unlikely to make a contribution anyway or outright cut in camp.

Hopefully someone who holds against the run like the 2016 guy instead of the 2017 guy.

I'm surprised by the move but I shouldn't be; BB has historically had no use for edge guys who can't stop the run, and Marsh hasn't shown any improvement in this area from week 1.

It wasnt a panic signing. Some of the beat guys said that they tried to trade for him a few times through the entire summer. Cant find the tweets anymore since it has been so long.

But yeah the trade definitely didnt work out..

I can't remember if you have to waive a player on his rookie contract (which Cassius should have been) to IR them now.
