The Mariners have cut good ole Captain Carl! I can only see his old pal Shea telling the Giants what a great guy he is, imagine the Giants clubhouse with Bonds, Shea and good ole Carl!

I say on Tuesday, after the trading deadline is over, you'll see on the ESPN scroll:

KC Royals sign OF/DH Carl Everett.

The guy is crazy and a pain, but someone (with nothing to lose) will pick him up for the rest of the season.

Why did the DFA him? Besides the obvious i mean, i didn't think he was having a bad year.
