Cards/Bears Game-I don't understand people.

Remember last week when the Pats dominated the Cards in all aspects of the game?

Before the game the cards were potential NFC West champs. After, they were the same ol' Cards and people were saying that they were overhyped.
Th victory convinced no one as to how good the Pats were.

Last night, the Cards beat the Bears in Chicago. Guess what, they're a shoe-in playoff team again.

I don't get it.

The sports media in this ountry baffles me.

Good News, NE should be underdogs as much as possible.

Actually, my impression of the Cardinals starters was positive, their run game sucked, but that was a tough defense. However, we know the key isn't the starters, it's the reserves, and the Cardinals reserves are melted butter while the Pats have a much stronger pool of candidates. :rocker:

The media did the same thing when the colts came into foxboro during the run to the superbowl against the eagle. The media said the pats couldn't stop them, the colts were a juggernaut. It gets old how the media jumps on the bandwagon and perpetuates the hype. Now the hype is how Peyton will be so much better this year since Edge is gone and he'll be forced to throw. This is all fine and dandy until the rookie Addai doesn't pick up a block and Peyton gets crushed.
