Bust or Boom QB's this draft?

The Pats are not looking but there are a few teams that will draft a QB in the 1sr round this year. Some will never make it as we know.

McCoy,Tim Tebow and the rest. What are your thoughts on who has a chance to make it and who you would stay away from.
I wonder if Mangini will draft another QB or stay will Quinn.
