51 days....they keep mentioning that it has been 51 days since Ohio State last played a game....

And, I think its way too many days to have a layoff....

Now that they have this BCS title game, AFTER all the bowl games are over...it might be time to change the timing of the college football season, and start it maybe, three weeks later and have it end around Christmas time instead of around Thanksgiving time.

Or, of course, go to a playoff format.

Any thoughts?

How many games did Florida have to wait? 41? That's not a very good excuse for Ohio State. They are simply outmatched by a better team.

It is way too long, but the empty suits in charge of the conferences would say, "They need time to take their finals" in December.

The one thing that I disagree with on the Gators offense, is ever time they put the other QB in, the play is the same....bull rush straight ahead. Makes no sense to me.
