it will be interesting to see how McAvoy plays. the team could use more offense from him. The losing is really getting old.I know - what the heck happened!
They were making an interesting point on the radio this morning (I know, I know - an oxymoron). I guess Chara is going to be out tonight and maybe later this week as he has to have some hardware removed from his face from his broken jaw last year. They were wondering if McAvoy will play better being paired with someone else, and that this might be a good time to see if Chara is holding McAvoy back. They pointed out he has no goals this year, but that he plays more minutes than any other D-man, so they must trust him. I'll be watching this issue, although tonight they play the Capitals so I suppose it's another L...sigh...
It doesn't seem to me that McAvoy played any differently without Chara (only a one game sample anyway), and he got hurt by the head-hunting Washington Capitals (WTH was that? Incredibly sore losers!).I know - what the heck happened!
