Mary Kay Cabot, of the Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns general
manager Phil Savage did not appear to have signing free agent LB Willie
McGinest (Patriots) on the front burner.

Never really saw them as a big contender for his services. Anyone who is looking at Willie has to know that they will need to cough up some $ to get him out of NE. Why would Willie go there when teams that aren't going to win between 5 and 8 games next year are interested?
