The Cleveland Browns have officially announced the team has signed free agent OL Bob Hallen (Chargers) to a two-year deal.

Yes...in 04...he was on the team and cut a few days before the start of the season...my guess is to get below the salary cap...I have to admit it, but the Browns have already done a good job in FA...have they spent all their money to fill the holes??
