Bring on the Ravens

HOU has a VERY good, fast defense and made him look foolish many times today. If HOU were playing the Pats, there would be moments when TB would bad too. Part of that is Wade Phillips. Crappy HC. VERY good DC.

Flacco is a functional QB. He didn't have the weapons this year as in years past but nonetheless he is not exceptional. There are 7 or 8 Qbs in this league that I'd rather have.

I just don't see BAL's D containing NE's offense for 4 Qtrs.

BAL's offense is sub-standard.

The weapons this year for Baltimore were better than ever before, IMO. Boldin, Smith, Evans, ****son, Pitta, Rice, Leach. He has more to work with than most.

If our horrid OC can dial up 20 points on the #2 defense, you have to believe they could put up 30+ against the 31st ranked defense. I expect Ray Rice to have a big day against that putrid defense. Keeping the Broncos to 10 points doesnt cover up the holes in their run defense. Sorry

Brady cant score from the bench. Ravens need to play smash mouth football, and when Brady is on the field, get pressure on Tom. For he has shown several times, that when he is under pressure, he becomes Capt. Turnover and throws picks like its his job. See 2009 playoffs.

Ravens 35- Pats 17.

LOL at some fans

Not at all impressed with Baltimore. Vaunted defense is overrated in my opinion. Baltimore can be thrown on and will be thrown on early and ofeten by Pats. Key will be to stop Rice and let Flacco make mistakes .... and he will. Baltimore also plays poorly on road. 9-0 at home and 4-4 on road with losses to the likes of Seattle, Tennessee and Jacksonville (can't remember 4th loss on road).

I like our chances a lot.

I'm feeling confident this time around containing Rice and their running game. BB's masterful game plan VS Broncos was vintage Belichick at his best. This time Welker will be healthy & they will have to deal with 2 headed TE beasts with a versitle running game and a FIRED UP BRADY with that killer look in his eyes. Ravens haven't seen Pats no huddle offense and will gasping for air at oxygen tank. I need a new T-Shirt compliments of Peyton's Place.

How many pts do you guys see the pats scoring on the ravens what..3rd ranked D? I will say right around 24-28...it's not going to be an easy game..but i feel if they can start out quick and not get behind like the last 2 reg season games..they should be fine

I see the ravens at around 20-23

The Pats will win this by at least two scores. The Ravens are terrible on the road, the offense is average at best. They beat StL, Pit, Cle and Cincy on the road. They lost to Tennessee, Jacksonville, Seattle and San Diego.

The only chance they have is for Rice to have a huge day and for their line to get to Brady without blitzing, allowing them to drop 7-8 in coverage. They had two hits on Yates all day today. I highly doubt they abuse our O-line. And they have to get 2+ turnovers. If the Ravens fail to do any one of those they will get killed.

they are night and day diff on the road this year

If they don't turn the ball over they put up 30+.

I'd be more nervous if it were at Maryland...Ravens suck on the Road this year

Hopefully we get the ball first and get into a rhythm early. Always rather we play up 7 rather than getting the ball halfway through the first possibly down.

As long as it doesn't start with a rice 70 yard TD first play of the game..ill be happy....but honestly..they can't get down more than 10 because their D is built for that..or down by any for that matter

Man...do we have to wait a whole week for this game?

I want to see a reverse or two and make that Defense think and run around a lot.

21 carries, 60 yards, 2.9 average, 0 TD's.

You fail.

You actually proved his point for him. The Ravens didn't do JACK when the field was LONG. The only time they put up points was on the short field.

You limit Ray Rice and you limit the Ravens..

You wonder how much the extra day of rest * what could have been looked at as a scrimmage yesterday is an added advantage.

If you hit the Ravens message board, you see a lot of overconfident fans making excuses for that offensive showing by claiming the Texans had the defense of the 85 Bears and an offensive line reminiscent of the Hogs.

Suggs, Reed, and Rice all worry me a lot. It'll be interesting to see if Reed plays, but even if he doesn't, the other guys have a history of burning us. That said, the AFCCG is supposed to be a challenge. They wouldn't still be playing if they weren't a good team, and in that context, I feel good about the Pats' chances.
