AFAIK, the injunction is in effect, so . . . technically yes. But at this point . . . who would sign him? Texas Tech literally pissed off the rest of the Big XII in the process, and I imagine similar hard feelings would follow him anywhere else.

There are many college that need a QB. I would think that someone would be willing to pay him foe a year.
