I don't understand your point. Sanders was out. Wilson was starting. Meriweather played some backup reps, that Wilson would normally get.

Did he not do his job, or did he show is a rookie still learning? Or maybe you think he's a bust too?

He has done his job when called upon. He is about 5th on the safety depth chart. Yes, I hoped for more. But, no, he isn't a bust.

I suspect that this was a crucial game for Wilson. He took advantage of the time that he had.
