I disagree that BB doesn't value the receiver position. He's spent 3 #2 picks on wideouts since he's been here. You COULD make a case that he doesn't value the LB position since the highest pick he's used on a LB was a 5th, I believe (memory, not research). He's also traded draft picks for WRs, Andre Davis and Doug Gabriel. If value = using a #1 pick for one, then I concede.
