That's because he doesn't make funny commercials like Manning does. Manning is so funny and down to earth.

Envy does funny things.

Opposing players obviously have a great deal of respect for him, even T-Sizzle couldn't vote against Brady for the Pro Bowl and ranked him #1 on NFL's list of top 100.

The hate comes from fans who have watched their franchises get torched for the past decade and watch scenes like Brady cursing up a storm on the Pitt sidelines last year while dominating them don't help his case. They won't follow what he does off the field like fans of the team do, only what they see on ESPN. "Running up the score" and Spygate don't help his case either, even if he just runs the plays called and had nothing to do with Spygate, he was on the team.
