Let him get comfortable with his targets. I think the issue wasn't bad throw but bad anticipation either on Brady's part or his target. They don't know each other well. A few of his underthrows I thought the WR should have cut the pattern shorter or harder to the sideline. On his overthrows maybe the WR drifted or cut when Brady expected them to keep going. If you noticed most of his throws to Brown and Graham were right on the mark. Throws to Watson were OK.
On the optomistic side I noticed last week that his throws to Jackson were on the mark and he threw to him into coverage showing great confidence already. And on Sunday he looked more comfortable with Garbriel towards the end.
