Here's what I said:

I said the water itself is crap, the claims are based on no science. Not that the science behind the water is garbage--precisely because there is no science, no studies. And I'm sorry, but I the FTC comes knocking to investigate your product, and you pull that product and give everyone who bought it a refund, then that's pretty much all the proof I need. Or, I guess, Wes Welker being a key sponsor...seems those amount to pretty good circumstantial evidence, even if there's no 'proof' that his water doesn't prevent or help heal concussions, which is such a ridiculous claim anyway.
There's no reason to quibble over semantics. Curran hit the nail on the head with his article: stick to the health/wellness, because he's by all accounts GREAT at that--and now has one of the biggest sports figures in the world supporting him. Stay far, far away from the supplement/snake oil business...I hope he's learned his lesson, and I hope Brady understands why it's bad business to associate with him if he hasn't.
