Brady AllTime QB Rating leader

Huh? You could make that same argument for Brady. He's either had top flight receiving weapons (Moss, Welker, Gronk, Hernandez, etc.) or a good to great running game with a good defense throughout his entire career. Brady didn't have Jerry Rice in his prime, but he had Moss when he was very close to his. I do agree with the impressive nature of the Patriots dynasty as compared to San Fran's, though. Not to diminish what they did as a team in the 80's, but the Patriots doing it in an era where it was not supposed to happen makes their accomplishments that much more noteworthy, IMO.

He had Moss for two full seasons only, and had very few pro-bowl teammates on the offensive side of the ball in his first six seasons. He had a great running game one time (Dillon's monster year) and a good one only a few other times, including this year. To say he had a good defense his entire career is also a stretch. Manning's Colts teams were ranked above, or even with, Brady's Patriots teams in yards allowed during 5 of the 10 seasons in which they both played.

Brady even excelled in 2006, when arguably none of his receiving corp was even worthy of being on an NFL roster, and he carried Mr. bug-eyes and crew to the conference finals.
