Someone had to do it eventually. Sung to the tune of "Boney Maroney".

"The Pats got a back named Boney Maroney.
He's a sliperry as a slice of abalone.
Opposing defenders look on in fright,
as runs so fast he disappears from site.
He runs left.
He cuts right.
And Corey takes it up the middle with all of his might.
And number 39 looks real tight."

I know it's kind of lame but maybe someone else can add to it or improve on it.

And if you don't know the song "Boney Maroney", then you need to get yourself some Johnny Winter for your record collection. I suggest "LIVE". It has a good version of "Boney Maroney" and a real killer version of "Highway 61 Revisited."

On NFL Blitz today on ESPN Berman called him that. I thought it was pretty funny.

Laurence said he only lieks the nickname Kool Aid and not any of the new 1s :\

Larry Williams!!! I always thought it was a Johnny Winter song. Shows how much I know. Still a good song though. I think it would be great to have them play it at home after LM scores aTD.

i still prefer Mahoney or Jabroni

You need to check out the underside of a moving Zamboni.

What the hell, I knew the Beatles did a bunch of Larry Williams stuff.

"A rough, rowdy rock & roll singer, Larry Williams had several hits in the late '50s, several of which -- "Bony Maroney," "Dizzy, Miss Lizzy," "Short Fat Fannie," "Bad Boy," "She Said Yeah" -- became genuine rock & roll classics and were recorded by British Invasion groups; John Lennon, in particular, was a fan of Williams, recording several of his songs over the course of his career."
