BGC 2025 WR/PTP Thread

Travis Hunter has top 10ish potential at WR with a decent chance to break the top 5-8. I'm listing him at wr for a variety of reasons but there are three obvious reasons that can't be argued.
A)The NEP have been one of the worst teams in recent memory when it comes to drafting and developing wrs. Our wr corp is beyond lacking even with Diggs. Hunter is an immediate starter at arguably our biggest need.
Thanks for the breakdown. My wishlist is for Hunter to make it to us at #4. He would become an elite talent for us but he might not last that long.

I think since your breakdown Golden's stock has gone up. He's going to go in the early teens in the 1st round now. He has possibly overtaken Tet McMillan. So he's going to be out of trade up range but within trade down range. T-Mac has great ball skills and size, but some question his maturity and commitment because of his comments about watching film.

I think Tre Harris stock went down slightly because of unimpressive 4.54 40. I think he lasts to #38 easily or maybe even our early 3rd.
Would be happy to get a draft that has any mix of Tre Harris, Kyle Wiliams, Jayden Higgins, etc. in the 2nd/3rd round range.

Ricky White Jr. ain’t on the list? ‘‘Tis a shame.

I'd be surprised if Harris lasted past 38 but we'll see but agreed. Any of those three would be very much welcomed.

I still would've taken Noel at 69 and waited for Williams at 95; and if he wasn't there no big whoop I then would've gladly taken Royals there or at 106.

This should've been a WR (AND LT) Double-Dip draft; instead it was a Special ****ing Olympics double-dip.

Meet the New Boss; same as the Old boss.

Having trouble following you, and trying to understand why, since you have a good eye and football mind.

The Pats already had Diggs, Hollins, Bourne, Boutte, Douglas, Polk and Baker at WR. I understand that the latter 2 might be lost causes, but the team invested significant draft capital in them just a year ago, and they were not viewed poorly as prospects. I'm fine with pulling the plug on wasted picks, but it's hard to separate out the influence of the Mayo coaching staff from the players themselves. So personally, I would want to at least look at Polk and Baker before pulling the plug, and that would make me hesitant to double-dip on WR in day 2 unless the value was absurd.

I had a 2nd round grade on both Noel and Jared Wilson, a 2nd/3rd on Williams. I would have taken Noel at 69, but was fine with the Williams pick. I would have been ok with either Noel or Jared Wilson at 77, but I didn't have them graded much differently, and given how crowded the WR was and my "build around the trenches" mindset I probably would have favored Wilson. I wouldn't have complained about Noel, but a day 2 of RB-WR-WR would certainly not have been my goal.

BTW, I had a higher grade on Shavon Revel than either Wilson or Noel. He went off the board at 76, so I was fine with a trade back and taking Wilson.

Am I missing something? You generally have a method to your madness, but I'm not seeing the dislike here.
