It's always funny when "malcontents" come to the Patriots and talk about how great Belichick is and fit right in.

The truth is a lot of guys will walk all over a weak leader and step in line for a leader they feel has earned the right to be respected. Chumps like Jason Garrett are in the former category, and guess where Belichick is.
