I don't get the fear of blitzing. "Protecting" the secondary has given us the worst pass defense in the NFL. Do we think the LBs are providing help on the back end? This is not working. Try something else. Anything.

Exactly. Send our entire front seven against the QB to disrupt the timing. Sure, if he gets a good pass off it'll be a completion and a huge gain, but would it be ANY different whatsoever from what we have now?

BB should go after Reed

I'm sure he will, but there are a couple of issues that will likely prevent that from happening:

1. The assumption that Baltimore will retain him

2. The extremely inflated price

They'll have to throw a hell of a lot of money at Reed if it ends up happening.
