Beckett has injury, might miss opening day trip to Japan

Appearntly Beckett had back spasms, and they are thinking he might not make the trip, and they think Dice-K might not because of his baby. Even though he did report today that it felt better, and that he got a good night's sleep.

I'm with ya. It's going to negatively effect the players and the game is on at like 3 am. It sucks.

If his back is in any discomfort he shouldn't go because a long ride on the plane won't help his back.

Nice, it looks like Bud the money grubbing pos is reneging on paying the coaches their cut for going to Japan and the red sox have told mlb that they will not get on the plane unless they pay up. Please make this entire trip fold through and not happen.
