Well, not in the case of the Colts

Isn't it amazing that at every turn, Goodell and Wells assumed the worst when it came to the Patriots (assuming the lower guage readings for Brady were the correct ones) and assumed the BEST for the Colts (assuming the higher guage readings for Luck were the correct ones)

The reality is that the Judge may find in the NFL's favor as warped as their "process" is - and I think we all recognize that he's not deciding this case on anything else

But he does have the authority to look at whether the process is FAIR and if he does that, he vacates the suspension

But overall just assume that if Brady wants to restore his good name, he'll likely have to sue the League for Defamation - but I'd expect that will take some serious time and won't be addressed until next off season
