That's Soo Kyung-Kang, the alto. There is a Korea American Football Association with 7 pro teams, but the sport is no where near as popular as Baseball in Korea or even American Football in Japan. She's tiny, and probably couldn't easily borrow or buy small enough shoulder pads for the music video, so yeah, I would guess she improvised
