I think it was Brady’s junior year they let fans come in for autographs. Really, really long line for Drew Henson. No one for Tom Brady.

The boosters placed all their chips (and influence) on Drew Henson, hoping he wouldn't be signed by the Yankees.

Brady continually came in mid-game after Henson started, if I recall correctly, to clean up Henson's mess.


Drew Henson's NFL career stat line: 11-20 for 78 yards with one TD in 9 games (1 start).

Drew Henson's MLB career stat line: 1-9 (.111 BA) in eight games for the Yankees.


Not exactly sure how or why Lloyd Carr managed to continue coaching after that numbskull decision making.
