Probably have to do it to ensure the games get played. Not having home field with really stink for the top seeds.

There's not much HFA this season with almost every governor disallowing more than a small amount of fans this season.

I assume there would be a NFC bubble and an AFC bubble? 7 teams each with 3 teams going home after one or two weeks? Seems like the right thing to do.

How many fields would be available in LA?

There is that new stadium, the soccer field, the old stadium.

Where does USC/UCLA play?
The NCAA season would be over by then.

Well, since 345 Park Ave is a glorified clown car, I'll say no.

Playoff games are staggered in time so you can probably get by with 2 fields, maybe 3 for the first round, when there are 6 games over two days.

I think it will be interesting for the fans, however.

Home field in the playoffs is so much an advantage. It will be fun having the games on neutral sites for a year.

This is a good year since the Pats won't have it! (likely)
