Anyone know any bars that'll play the Pats/Giants game in or near Stamford CT?

I just moved to Stamford CT over the christmas break but i don't have satellite there (and don't plan to get it). I have Optimum cable instead so i don't get NFLN.

Anyone know of any bars nearby that are going to show the game? Thanks!

In Stamford you should get the local NYC channel that will broadcast the game. I don't think you need to go to a bar. I am at the in-law's east of New Haven at this moment and they get the local channel out of NYC that will have the game. Check listings.

Seriously? SWEET! Yeah, i think i do get the local NYC channels... which one is it, CBS/NBC/FOX?

Just what I was going to say, they are showing it on regular cable where I'm at and I'm in Pennsylvania, near the New Jersey border.

If you want a social environ there is Bobby Valentine's sports bar in downtown Stamford and I think Coach's sports bar (Jim Calhoun) is still there as well.

Um, it's Channel 9. It's WWOR, used to be a WB or UPN affiliate. Now it just goes by MY9.

I just checked. For anyone who gets WWOR (Channel 9 out of NYC) they will be carrying the game in the NYC metro area. Kick off at 8 pm with a pregame on at 7 pm (Giant oriented of course). If you've got the Optimum cable package from Cablevision, you get Channel 9. Enjoy the game.
