Every team gets injuries though it has seemed like we have gotten more than our fair share recently. But that is why you build good depth and develop your younger players. It seems whenever we have someone go down we always have someone who is able to go in there and make things happen. That is a big reason why we have been so good the last few years, we haven't let injuries ruin our season.

That depth we have is not by accident or by luck - it is well planned and is a direct result of the way we drqaft, sign and pay our players. This team is rightfully designed to have well paid depth meaning the "wealth" is spread quite evenly throughout the roster. It seems to me that our middle 1/3 group of payers are probably the highest paid middle 1/3 in the NFL.
