It looked like the Patriots may be headed into the Broncos game with no new injuries.

But, three players worth following are 1) Gronkowski and his departure in the 3rd quarter for dehydration, 2) Ninkovich being tended to in the second half by the trainers (he came back), and 3) Dominique Easley limped off in the fourth quarter but also came back in. Any word on these guys or others?

The other guy that I hope is activated for the Broncos is CB Alfonzo Dennard. I suspect he was not active against the bears because of his shoulder and they felt they had the depth to give him another non-contact week. Dennard could be a key player against the Broncos.

Any updates?

Dennards shoulder seems to be very chronic. Was this something he was dealing with before being drafted?

Mike Reiss @MikeReiss
Special teams captain Matthew Slater remained down after that punt coverage play. He walks off slowly and heads right to locker room.

Who knows? I thought we got out of the Jets game without any major injuries, and then we found out about Chandler Jones.

As a sophomore he suffered some type of a shoulder injury midway through the season. He played the season out, but word was that it clearly hampered his game. He missed a bunch of practices and often had to come of games to rest the shoulder.

You should send a note to the coach on his TwitterFace account. He's usually pretty quick to reply on Monday's.

Slater was my initial thought, too. I hope he is ok.

Judging by this I don't think it was anything major
