I actually don't think she will go to prison if she is lying. This wasn't a criminal trial, it is a civil trial. If she perjures herself in deposition maybe? If she lied to the prosecutor she can go to jail, which is why some have speculated she may have gone the civil route.

Of course that's why she went the civil route. Brown cut her off and the lawsuit is the last ditch to get money. Probably thinking he'd offer a settlement before it went to court. Keep in mind she at one point asked him for $1.5m

Just look, nfl wanted to talk to her this week and she put it off until next week apparently saying she is getting married. So she filed a lawsuit the same week she was getting married? Seems odd. The pushing it off a week seems like that's her giving herself time hoping for Brown to pay up.

We just want people to not start from the stand point that the women is a liar and work backwards from there and give both sides a fair unbiased look. But alas, tons of confirmation bias on both sides.

This is a good take. You have claims made by both sides that don't mesh, whether it's AB's lawyer claiming they stayed in touch after, or the videos, while her lawyer claims she has a letter from AB that he would make no more sexual advances (crazy!) and then his texts which confirm the second incident. Either way, there's a lot here to say something happened and that actions by both contradict the various narratives.
