This is really remarkable don't you think? Just because he doesn't give good press conference he's not coach of the year. I thought COY was about being the best coach and not who gives the best press conference.

In every sport the writers vote to make political statements. Votes often mean nothing but an approval or disapproval of somebody's personality.

It's pathetic. It's meaningless to see votes go to some other guy. It's their pissant way of getting back at somebody they just don't like.
