Maybe Brady can pass the ball to himself?

Gisele say's he can't.

We need you back soon, Gronk!

Oh, the Hoomanity

just got a notification about the hammy... what the IF is going on? I swear if i get one more update about this team having an injury my outlook will be serverly damaged for this team..... this is the time that the pats have to push through and show that this team can fight through all the BS and still win games!!! If they can do that i think they'll show something that haven't shown in a while, a will that wont succumb to failure no matter who is on the field. This year i believe the pats will be one of those teams that wins games but not by blow outs like we have become accustomed to.

The pats will win games by playing tough hard nosed football.

So the only healthy TE on the roster is Michael Hoomanawanui.

Expect a TE signing or two this afternoon, most likely Daniel Fells.

Don't worry.

BB will pull some strings to get Hernandez back for a few weeks.

Well that explains his abysmal play! I cannot figure out why BB cut Daniel Fells in favor of Hooman.

Fells may be back as soon as later today. His cut was because he was injured and had a high salary. He was always a likely candidate to be re-signed after week one.

Hooman's got more positional flexibility than Fells and this coaching staff seems to value that.

that would explain his non-performance

For those bashing on Hooman, Ben Volin feels he played well yesterday:

BenVolin Ben Volin
If I had the power to give out game balls, Hooman would've gotten one yesterday. Played 78 snaps, nice blocking, worked as 5th target in 4Q

I still think he's slow and not very good. But at least Volin thinks the Patriots have one good TE actively playing on the roster.

Haha, I was thinking of an Octoberfest or something, but one more injury to an offensive player and hemlock might be more appealing.

Man, and it's only week 2, first Vereen and now Sudfeld.

This guy was often injured in college. So no real surprise here.

Although a pulled hamstring is bad news, that may be just a little bit of an over-reaction.

True, but presumably-knowledgeable forummers say hammies can make for long recovery times*, and an offense with a pile of rookies needs all the hands-on-deck and reps it can get.

*If I hear BB say "he's day to day" one more time I swear I'll sob like a girly UGGs wearer
