Nick Saban reminds me alot of BB in terms of coaching style. I have noticed a trend since 2010, when Alabama wins the national championship, NE does not win the super bowl but when NE wins the super bowl, Alabama does not win the national championship.

2011: NE loses in super bowl, Alabama wins the natty
2012: NE loses to ravens in AFCCG, Alabama wins the natty
2013: Seahawks win the super bowl, FSU wins the natty
2014: NE wins super bowl, Alabama loses in the CFB playoff
2015: NE loses to den in AFCCG, Alabama wins the natty
2016: NE wins super bowl, Alabama loses in the NCG
2017: NE loses super bowl, Alabama wins the natty
2018: NE wins super bowl, Alabama blown out in NCG.

7 out of the last 8 years this has been the case.

Hate to burst your bubble but This is common knowledge man

Well then screw 'Bama ...

People refer to it as the natty?

Well then screw 'Bama ...

Maybe Belichick is actively helping Clemson and SEC teams on Saturdays because of the power that Alabama’s fate has over the Patriots fate?

I’m definitely guilty of calling it the natty. I know some friends who do to.

how in the hell does nick keep doing it with different players every year?

Because he has a top 2 if not the number 1 recruiting class every year. They also are the best coached team, atleast defensively... so what happens when you put the best coaching with the best talent...

This is rumored to be Alabamas best group of WRs ever.

Players want to be in the spotlight. Definitely a meaningful bowl game if not the Championship.

I am irrationally angry over 'natty' right now.

Screw Bama

Go Pats

It is true for Bama but Saban won the 2003 National Championship with LSU.

John Hannah, as a 'Bama alum and a Patriot Hall of Famer, has something to cheer about every year.

Surprised Lebron hasn’t tried to trademark “natty” ...... yet

maybe Clemson natty is replacing that in the future. At least I hope so. Last 2 Clemson NCs were Pats SBs

Slow days before the season starts I gather...
