It does seem that they are a bit optimistic...not sure why given the past expectations...and frankly, I am caring less and less about it...Go for chaos..and see how much better it gets..
What I thought was interesting was the track record of what the union said and did...1--No extension....and there are 2 so far. 2--Pct had to start with 6...pushing 59 now....3--Talks dead as a doornail...and they went on....Seems like hollow words at best..so when it's either accept this or uncapped year..one has to laugh...
