Can you explain your trades? How do we get the 13th pick in round 2?

Under the assumption that Butler is still in play for the Saints. We know the #32 pick in the first has value because of the 5 year advantage versus 4 that teams seek. To have AZ sneak back into the first seems to makes sense. So we get their 2nd in 2017 and 2nd in 2018.
