ROUND 4

OK, mock going slightly downhill now. Justin Gilbert? He's shown little to suggest he'd be a success on this team. And whilst Dixon is a good back, he's one of the worst fumblers in the draft. That's a risky pick.

And then there's Shawn Oakman. He's one of the prospects I hope they don't take. He's a big fish in a dmall pond type prospect. Throw him into the ocean (the NFL) and he quickly becomes very very average. Body beautiful but that's about it.

With this mock, just sit at 91 & 96 and take Prosise/Williams and then Hassan Ridgeway and win.

I was wondering where the insane trade that would never even be proposed was. :p

Seriously, though, it's probably not a good idea if the Pats trade away Andrews and Kline. I'm not even sure if it's a good idea to trade either of them.

Now if you wanted to trade Cannon away, I'd be down with that.

need Andrews around.......Stork gets concussions

You have some great picks there as well. People have us going Devontae Booker from Utah as a complete back. Many carries these as well and many fumbles. Dixson had 13 fumble in three years. Booker had nine fumbles in two years. So their fumbles per touch are the same. Dixson has a better yards per carry. The big thing is they are both complete backs and can catch and pick up blitzes.

Some on this forum suggest going after Arian Foster. He has had 16 fumbles in seven years. Peterson has had 38 fumbles in 9 years. Matt Forte had 20 fumbles in 8 years.

I think Oakman is boom or bust but he has too much talent to ignore. If you look at 2014 he is a top ten pick. 287lbs and 6'8" and runs a 4.96 40 with an 84" wingspan. Look at Richard Seymour at Georgia. 6'6" and 299 lbs. Runs a 4.99 40. 2014 season, Oakman had 19.5 tackles for a loss and 11 sacks. His 2015 season was not that good. He has speed and strength He needs to not play upwight and play every down. Coach Briles thinks that this under the radar kid will be a steal. If Matty can coach him up, what is his potential? This is an almost 4th round comp pick.

Compare the stats on Nkemdiche. It seems that Oakman has the better stats?
