It is a bit unfortunate that NO and NE couldn't find a way to trade #118 for a lower one and some return (f.e. with HOU #131). But the Cooks transaction seem to be official acc. to Reiss so it turns like a pretty steep price to pay.

On the other hand the Draft board will tell you there is hardly a difference between #118 and #131 or #132 this year and since its looking more and more that NE will go to draft with no needs .. Bill will have what he wants there..

Hopefully MCI Volin has read that so he can finally get it through his thick skull how it works.
