I really like Terrance Carter, but that's H-back height.

More speed stuff (you'll have to forgive me, I've just re-discovered NFL Draft Buzz).

Luke Reynolds is far and away the fastest listed TE at 4.50.

Other notables:

Peter Clarke - 4.65 at 265lbs
Brody Foley, Louisville - 4.65 at 260lbs
Benjamin Brahmer, Penn State - 4.65 at 255lbs
Brett Norfleet, Missouri - 4.66 at 263lbs

Less good for the two top guys.

Trey'Dez Greene - 4.65 at 240lbs
Jamari Johnson - 4.74 at 257lbs.

As mid-rounders, Clarke, Reynolds and Foley are increasingly interesting because they are some of the higher graded run blockers as well as being relatively fast.
