I have a feeling this isn't going to be the 'best thread of the year' this year. I don't think it's going to be quite as inspiring as last year for example with Ponder, Chism and Larison.

You never know. Not many people knew who Ponder was. Chism & Larison, were pretty well known going into the draft, especially Chism. So far, not many known UDFA so far for the Pats, but that can change. Caldwell would’ve been nice.

Let’s face it, this signing was made because of Devito. All joking aside, he’s a pretty flashy receiver, made some great catches last year, and looks like he has some decent speed and moves, to keep the play (staying) alive.

Enough Italian jokes. Being a part Italian NYer, I feel it’s ok for me to make these (really bad) jokes.

Wait til any of the beat guys writes that Dixon/DeGennaro made a nice catch in camp.

I wonder if Dixon and DeGennaro being 6'4 and 6'1 is a sign of the profile they're looking for going forward, or just a nothingburger coincidence with udfa.

Btw at first glance DeGennaro feels like he's got the Chism skillset but bigger and way faster.
