IMO one of the story lines that is getting slept on is that we have a pro bowl caliber veteran safety who has a history with Vrabel.
He's not Rodney Harrison, but I think he can bring Rodney Harrison vibes and super charge this defense the way Rodney did.

Gilliam and Byard are probably my favorite offseason signings now that the new TE is done for the season. I love those types of signings of underpriced vets - especially when we're taking one of them from our biggest current rival.

Who care's about "Pro-Bowl"? It's a meaningless game and has been for at least 15 years and possibly closer to 20.

Byard, even at his age, is an All-Pro. He's a big step up from Hawkins back there and should be an excellent mentor for Woodson.
