Lions offense has gotten going now, that is good to see. They may be the only serious contender i can fully root for. That offense is so stacked at the talent positions and the line is great. Btw they were 3-13-1 in campbell’s first season, food for thought!

We MUST beat miami next week no matter who starts. Huntley is a ways away from grasping their offense. And Thompson is awful. Incredibly concerning if you cant get a w there.

Lions roster building has been really solid in recent years. Nailing the draft with homegrown talent and adding the right pieces elsewhere. Still question their HC being able to navigate situational football in big spots in big games, but players seem to be into him.

I don't think you are seeing Maye anytime soon. December might be a good bet imo. Anything earlier is probably not in cards listening to Mayo today.

Even if so, it lets Davante get comfortable with the offense for a while first.

It sure looks like coaches are gambling on the 4th and stupid calls rather than taking the points. The same thing seems to be going on with 2 point conversions. I have no idea what the numbers say, or even how to find them, but it seems to me that those gambles don't usually work.

The level of QB play seems to be falling rapidly. Anyone have any ideas why?

The rookie QB for the Indiots insists on playing the game his way, which isn't the right way to play QB in the NYFL. He'll probably be taken out on a stretcher at some point. When do they play the Steelers?

I can't believe how some of the most blatant penalties get no calls while others get called when you can't find the penalty with a magnifying glass. I guess we should expect that with a league being run by former Jets.

The crazy thing is after richardson got hurt they put him back in (rather early i might add) and ran a qb option on the very first play. He has another awkward collision with pitt’s safety and hes out who knows how long. Incredible negligence

yeah that's ridiculous. If a horse caller tackle is a penalty, it shouldn't matter where it takes place on the field of play. That's as bad as the CFL rule where they say long hair is part of the uniform so you can tackle a player by grabbing his hair and pulling him to the ground with it.
