Game Day Thread 2024 OFFICIAL Week 11 Game Day Thread: NE vs LAR

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

That wasn't a pass that was going to be completed. Maye needed to throw that ball more to the outside.

Fail on Maye. That ISN'T on Douglas. All on Maye.

There is the Drake "He's gonna give us one" Maye...and that really, really sucks.

Receiver didn't even look back. That's a mix up between Maye and the receiver. Again, not coached properly, terrible execution.
No it’s on Maye. He never should have thrown that ball. He has to know that situation. It also wasn’t even particular close anyways

Mayes got a turnover problem. Even if Douglas turned to look for the ball, it wouldve been behind. Douglas wouldve had to sat on the route. Too much hero ball. Its like he just says “**** it. It works or it dont.” And flings the ball.

Would've been nice if a TD drive didn't get canceled by officiating

I don't want to hear Mayo's presser.

Rams lucky we ass.

Hard to tell if that was poor throw or poor route
100% poor throw even if Douglas stopped in the gap.

I don't want to make anything of it as it is still early but seems like Maye gets impatient on game winning drives. 2nd pick on one already - no?

His INT's are at the worse time for sure , but he has very little help . That better change next year

Yup - the Titans OT game was the other one. Didn’t need to take that chance on either one

That throw was always going to be a pick. Douglas was open for potentially a TD.
Depends on the route, I get that DD saw open daylight. The Rams coverage was piss poor imo

Doesn't help when the receiver never looks back and you've got pressure in your face.
Ball has to be thrown in same time zone for receiver looking back to matter
