Slightly, but not OT:

Perrrrrrfect….

I agree and would be very happy if Maye is there for us but having said that it is a genuine concern.

Watching his tape you see him make some fantastic throws then he misses 2 basic throws under no pressure in a row. They are so bad it's hard to know why they happen.

Of course being only 21 and with far less experience and coaching than JD i have confidence it can be cleaned up in an NFL system.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around some of these times that 250+ lb guys are running.

50 years ago, I was heading to my 2nd TC with the Bronco's. This time I was going to try an make the team as a traditional SS instead of an OLB. It was clearly my best chance at 6'1 205. They asked me to make the change BECAUSE I had run a BLAZING 40 time of 4.84.

I always took some solace that overdue HOFer Rodney Harrison also was a 4.8 guy. (it's called grasping at straws ) Of course he was an all pro and I was 0-2 in my attempts to make an NFL roster.

It is simply amazing how fast and athletic some of these guys are. And it's not just a couple of guys, its a dozen +. I don't know if its the training or the genetics, but the level of athlete that are coming out of colleges now are not just better than they were 50 years ago, but even 20 years ago.
