Was just 2 guys in 2015, not 3, my mistake. But both guards taken in the 4th round. Yes, Jackson had a knee problem.

Mafi and Andrews seem to have a talent problem. Sow looked decent at RG, I agree. But if Strange is hurt, they need someone else to play LG.
I expect Wallace to be our RT. Onwenu has to move over to RG. Sow at LG.

No idea - but there wasn't anything on Wallace on the left side either online until he said he could play it, and Wolf said the same thing. Have to wait a bit.
he has no LT experience, they assume he can play it, they did not try him there in games, Wolf means this in theory

Oh so you talked to Van Pelt and Peters?
I looked at the ROSTER. Try it sometime.

Strange, Steuber, Onwenu, Sow, Mafi, McDermott, Leverett, J. Andrews, Michael Jordon.

Meanwhile, they don't have anyone opposite Gonzalez and have huge questions with every other player in the CB room. But yeah.. let's add at the deepest position on the team.

Onwenu and Sow are good guards.

Our OL looked good once everyone got healthy
Mike is probably going to play tackle this year, after him none of the rest are untouchables. I like Sow too but the rest have questions about them, I am fine with drafting an IOL here

Seems pretty clear that the staff isn’t particularly happy with some of the the OL holdovers. I don’t mind the player but I do think he would have been available later on to select.
I don't think 3rd and 4th rounders indicate anything

Pats finally found the second coming of Hjalte Froholdt.

Wallace took a few snaps there in games.. Less than 0.2%..

If this isn't our OL by mid season, I'd be shocked (unless we signa. FA):

Okorafor/Anderson
Sow
Andrews
Onwenu
Wallace

It's certainly possible that Robinson is better than Sow, but we didn't need that upgrade.

The only thing it tells me is that Wolf sucks at managing resources. Especially since HE had major input on the players drafted last year.

Andrews and Sow played very well last year.

With all the players they already had on the O-line, drafting Robinson is piss-poor use of resources. And it doesn't matter if they are signing Gilmore. They have bigger NEED at CB and Safety than they do at OG. T
I don't know...I just said it but it could be an indication that Strange might be in bad shape.

Hjalte Froholdt was a stud athletically, bigger and stupid strong... this kid isn't any of those things and he's a featherweight.

You only need 2 guard starters. If Mike Onwenu is at RT, then the selection of Caden Wallace at 68 was a failed pick.

agree and mafi apparently was really bad

Some would argue that criticizing the DBs here is misguided. Gonzalez can play opposite of J Jones with M Jones in the slot. The S play - a solid trio - was also a contributor to a good season on D. Depth by numbers doesn’t impress if the OL is suspect, which it was at times.

I hear your point, but I disagree with saying CB is more a need than OL.
