I guess I am now rooting for the niners. My heart says the Lions but I think the niners have the better chance to beat the Chiefs so go 49ers!!!!
How come the media still fawn all over the Chiefs ??? When the Pats went to the 3rd SB in 4 years, many of the media were 'we are sick of them being there', we have Patriot fatigue etc', but yet I don't hear that from the media , only from the fans !!!!! So annoying !!

I think the whole Cinderella story with those teams got old. The media was really annoying about it. It created a lot of hate towards the Pats. Also, according to the media they weren’t winning because they had great players, they were just smarter, more disciplined, and better prepared.

There’s always going to be a next dynasty. There always is. You can’t stop that. Every decade had a dynasty.

I mean, I agree that a new Dynasty was going to happen eventually but so was some other franchise getting 6 or more titles. What other Dynasty has there been since the Patriots? There hasn't been one.... Until now, if the chiefs win the SB. The 49ers haven't won a SB since the 90's. Them winning one now really means nothing IMO as far as the patriots are concerned. The chiefs winning would mean alot more if you care about that sort of thing.

I mostly agree. In truth I don’t feel like being negative and rooting against things I have no control over that the team isn’t actively playing against. That said, in a hypothetical either or scenario, I prefer the Chiefs and Mahomes

Well put it this way. Every 10 years in the NFL there has been a dynasty. In nearly 60 years only two teams have 6. If the Niner’s or Cowboys don’t win another, it could be 20-30 years before you see a team hit that benchmark

I’m thinking if Andy Reid retires it won’t be Bill coaching the Chiefs but rather Ben Johnson. I’d hate either, but Reid has to retire first and I think he may go another year.

He doesn’t have to worry. The way this country’s (and the world’s) headed, there won’t be 5-6 more seasons for him to win anything.

I prefer Burrow. When he isn't hurt, he isn't afraid of Mahomes. Lamar or Allen, you can see the fear in their eyes.
